This one is straight fire. 'London based music geek & bass freak' Purge laid down an amazingly bouncing upbeat mix with all sorts of Tropical and UK Funky flavours in it. Truly an inspiration! He made me dance in my home studio, oh well. And I went all Juke and Funky this time, bringing you some fresh and older classics, plus the occasional global beats from far away places.

Yes it´s time again, ITK is back with a full show with moderation by Mohak and everything! She is back from her extensive trip to Argentina and Uruguay, has her mic back and hence the show gets some info transmitted next to bouncy music. Lots of new dubs and glitch tunes, some older dancehall classics plus a guest mix from Berlin´s Neokortex! This one will definitely get you started for the week-end, if you are planning on heading to Sub:Stance at Berghain afterwards.

Get locked to Space Invader Radio tonight again, the ITK show is on from 23h - 1h Berlin time, 22h - 0h London time and as I´m currently in Buenos Aires, it will be 19h - 21h in Argentina! New year new tingz! ITK has 2 new releases coming up in February - KungFused "Something Special 4 U" and Urban Exploration "Subterranean", of which I included a few tracks in this show. No talking this time (really sorry for that) but due to some internet connection problems the show had to be prerecorded last minute. 

The guest mix is courtesy of our very new addition to the label Urban Exploration from Leeds, an (almost entirely) analog techno audio-visual production team, which is producing astonishingly organic, warm sounding sound landscapes. Inspired by urbex, abandoned warehouses, dark tunnels and broad empty spaces, their sound is as haunting, dark and urban as voyaging through ghost city Detroit.

Hey, yes we are live tonight again, this time with a special mix coming from Fonotecq out of Bucharest, Romania, playing some Juke, Footwork, UK Bass and generally awesome beats. Check out their website and facebook, as they update the content daily, covering a wide range of music. In the mix Denisse from Fonotecq put a whole bunch of interesting tracks from Ossie to Hackman, Brenmar, Sully, Om Unit, Gongon´s forthcoming "Come Around" on Wellrounded Records, plus an exclusive intro from talented Romanian producer Raox. Yeah, I guess this just means keep your eyes peeled for Romanias up-and-coming music scene! If someone is up-to-date then them.
